This one-of-a-kind destination wedding package transports you to one of the most beautiful destinations in the entire Southwest for an intimate wedding experience you’ll never forget!
Depart from our VIP Las Vegas aircraft terminal on a private helicopter and experience the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and beautiful desert scenery on your way to Valley of Fire’s bright red sandstone formations. Enjoy a champagne toast overlooking Valley of Fire State Park following your private ceremony at one of the Southwestern United States’ most beautiful destinations!
This package includes a wedding ceremony helicopter flight for your wedding party of up to four passengers (plus a wedding officiant and photographer), a wedding ceremony on a private landing site at Valley of Fire State Park, a personal wedding consultant, professional photographer, and photographs, minister to officiate the ceremony, champagne toast, and cake cutting ceremony at Valley of Fire State Park, and a scenic return flight back to Las Vegas with views of the Las Vegas Strip
Your choice of packages are:
- Sapphire - includes 6 rose bouquets and groom’s boutonniere, 25 digital images emailed directly to the client, 6" round wedding cake, hotel-to-hotel limousine transportation and minister’s gratuity, limousine chauffeur’s gratuity, and all applicable taxes included
- Emerald - includes 12 rose bouquet and groom’s boutonniere, 50 digital images emailed directly to the client, 6" round wedding cake, hotel-to-hotel limousine transportation and minister’s gratuity, limousine chauffeur’s gratuity, and all applicable taxes included
- Diamond - includes 18 rose bouquet and groom’s boutonniere, 75 digital images emailed and digital wedding video directly to the client, 6" round wedding cake, hotel-to-hotel limousine transportation and minister’s gratuity, limousine chauffeur’s gratuity, and all applicable taxes included
Note: the tour is approximately 3.5-4 hours from hotel to hotel with a flight time of 50 mins

Terms and conditions for Valley of Fire Wedding
- Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
- Check-in is 45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
- LIMOUSINE HOTEL TRANSFERS: A Stretch Limousine will pick up the Bride/Groom at their hotel one hour prior to the flight departure. The limousine driver will call the Bride/Groom's hotel room 30 minutes prior to pick up.
- Gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: We will accept a cancellation up to 7 days prior to the travel day/date without any penalty. Cancellations within 7 days of departure date are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund.
- Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
- Upon arrival in Las Vegas, reconfirmation is required to reconfirm the wedding event details and provide a hotel room number by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8477. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.

- FUEL SURCHARGE: Due to the increased price of aviation fuel, a temporary fuel surcharge of $150.00 is in effect and is collected at the time of check-in.
- Cancellation Policy: Weddings are fully refundable when cancelled seven or more days prior. Within 7 days of your booked date and time, we will honour a 50% refund. Same-day cancellation or no-shows are 100% non-refundable.
