The tours were very good but details of how and where to get the tours were poor - there were options available for the ferry not provided - the times were stated but other operators from the same pier would accept the ticket? It worked out well for us but it was pure luck and chance?

Waste of money not clear on where to get the bus. Lots of people selling the tickets but not clear on what stop to get either the harbour cruise

We did not see much of Manhattan due to no buses on the Saturday. Went on night tour but was cut short due to heavy traffic. Not sure why they took us to Brooklyn at night as not much to see. The only thing that saved it was the view back to Manhattan.

This was by far the best value for money . Don't think we would of done half the things we did without it . You get 4 different tour loop we only got to do 2 thou saw everything we wanted ..ticket let's you jump on the hop on cruise too where you'll get great views of the city plus you see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis island Close enough for some amazing photos ...You get a ticket for the one world observatory too (even let you jump the queue )this by far was the best attraction tickets we bought

Maybe a bit too cold sitting up top in winter.But if you don't you can't see anything.Gets you around cheaper than taxis but can be slow because of traffic.

Experience dependent on whether you get a good tour guide or not, our experience went from a very funny ,informative and entertaining one to a couldn't care less one.!! Priority passes could be fraught with danger as you basically have to push in at the front of the queue to get on before anyone else which obviously doesn't go down too well with those people who have been waiting longer than you!!

Buses were hardly around and stops poorly marked. I wouldn't say it was hop on and off once on I'd stay on as you would never find the bus again despite the map! Open loop looked far better

Not keen on the idea of having to queue at a ticket office to collect tickets as this just wastes time. It's also a couple of blocks away from where the bus starts in Times Square

Should a little more easier with these the tickets should be case of just getting on a bus not having to exchange the tickets from AT before you can use them you have to take them to a ticket office which in a big city after big flight does not help and here is a lot of bus ticket sellers in New York and there are different buses can be confusing

This was fine as long as you got on at the starting point. To be honest if you "hopped off" part way round there wasn't that much chance of "hopping on" again.

Not excellent as the hop on hop off bit can be a bit of a gamble on seat availability , or the wait at unfashionable stops. We paid extra for VIP tickets this time, and that was great. Tip is to sit near the guides, they are the stars of the experience.

Lots of buses with no space on them, very difficult to hear any commentary, a lack of clarity about where the stops are and when the next bus will be arriving. No one really seemed to know what was going on.

The tour was good but I would not recommend buying the tickets in this way as we had to find the office to pick them up and then queue for a long time in the unconditioned office to get them. This wasted a lot of time. I thought we would have been able to use the voucher to go straight on the bus. If I had known about this I would have waited and bought them at the bus stop.

Not as frequent a service as expected. One bus refused passengers downstairs due to heat/lack of AC. VIP pass great as long queues at some stops. Maps provided were not always clear about the route of certain lines. Guides provided some interesting information but we felt there could have been much more.
