The first ever ice skating rink at Disneyland’s Downtown Disney District is now officially open, welcoming guests to immerse themselves into a wonderful winter land!
We recently told you about an ice rink coming to Disneyland’s Downtown Disney District in celebration of the straight to DVD movie Secret of the Wings. We are now delighted to tell you that the first ever ice skating rink at Downtown Disney District is now officially open! Those of you that have planned winter visits to Disneyland California can start Christmas early and head on down to Disneyland’s Downtown Disney District with your Disneyland tickets!
The rink has been put in place to honour the release of Disney’s Secret of the Wings, an animated film starring Tinker Bell set against a picturesque and wintery background. Tinker Bell and sister Periwinkle helped to immerse guests into the magical and whimsical spirit of the movie at the launch of the ice skating rink.
Those of you with your Disneyland tickets can get on the ice from 11 A.M till 11 P.M.
